Sofya P. Borchard is a highly experienced attorney and certified professional (CIPP/US, CHC) with expertise in healthcare compliance and privacy.

As the Chief Health Care Compliance and Privacy Officer, at New York City Fire Department (FDNY), she oversees the day-to-day operations of compliance and privacy programs, and she provides guidance and support to both clinical and administrative personnel on compliance and privacy matters.
