Sam Mannion

Sam and his team lead OFSI’s engagement work with the private sector, working closely with industry partners to ensure the effective and robust implementation of financial sanctions both in the UK and across the world. Prior to joining HM Treasury, Sam worked as a vice president at Barclays, as a senior associate in the FCA’s international strategy team, and as an adviser at UK Finance specialising in capital markets and post-trade infrastructure.
