Rimma Teper PhD

Rimma is the Head of Behavioural Science & Risk Culture at RBC, IA and has been heading this practice for last 5 years. She comes from a background in consulting, design thinking and market research where she used behavioural science principles to help her clients understand customer attitudes and decision-making. She holds a PhD from University of Toronto in social psychology.
