Rashada Timkee

Rashada Timkee is an altruistic Compliance Risk Management leader with a heart for the people behind processes and procedures.

With over 10 years of financial services experience in both first and second-line capacities, she leverages contextual analysis and emotional intelligence to build meaningful partnerships and manage risk for global institutions.

Perceptive, methodical and genuinely curious - she currently serves as a Sr. Business Risk Officer at Citigroup. In her role, Rashada and her team drive the build out and continuous improvement of the compliance risk execution framework.

In addition to her dynamic book of work, Rashada is passionate about employee engagement and supports the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion objectives in part by serving as Co-Chair of the Citi Black Heritage Inclusion Network in Tampa.

Rashada is also active in the local Tampa community recognizing the privilege to serve.

Currently, her volunteer efforts are concentrated as an engaged University of South Florida Alumnus, a member of the Junior League of Tampa, and a member of the Tampa Organization of Black Affairs (“TOBA”).

As a first-generation college graduate, she is also passionate about empowering the next generation of leaders through mentorship and transparent thought leadership.

Of the many hats she wears, her ultimate goal is to lead a life reflective of loved ones cherished instead of a legacy built at their expense.
