Olga Kozak-Anlar

Olga Kozak-Anlar is a seasoned leader specializing in Compliance, AI Governance, and Ethics. As the Compliance AI Lead at Robinhood Markets, Inc. she spearheads the development of a cross-functional AI Compliance program, establishing governance frameworks and policies to ensure AI technologies are developed and deployed ethically, transparently, and in compliance with regulatory standards.

With extensive experience across industries, Olga has held leadership roles at S&P Global and the International Social Impact Institute (ISII), driving policy governance, ethics, and employee education programs. Passionate about the intersection of technology, innovation, and ethics, she served as President of S&P Global’s first-ever Digital Innovation Employee Resource Group (LEAD), a 6,000-member initiative that evolved into the EssentialTech program—designed to foster continuous learning and innovation for the future of work.

Olga has collaborated with organizations such as the United Nations, Radio Free Europe, Scratch Music Group, TIAA, and The Human Forum of Puerto Rico. A sought-after speaker, she has presented at Compliance Week National Conference, AI & Compliance Summit, ASCEND Conference, Diversity Inc’s Innovation Fest, and The Network and Affinity Leadership Conference, among others.

She holds a Master of Science from Georgetown University and a B.A. in Political Science and Music from Bard College. Beyond her professional work, she is a dedicated advocate for individuals with rare genetic diseases and serves on the Advisory Board of the Acrodysostosis Support and Research Foundation.
