Michelle Griffey

Michelle is an experienced leader with extensive knowledge across multiple disciplines currently filling the role of Chief Risk Officer at Communisis, she focuses on governance and risk mitigation strategies to drive transformation toward the achievement of business imperatives using her specialist skills and insight to drive greater resilience and security for the business and end customer building trust and enhancing growth.

She joined Communisis in February 2016 from a background in Financial Services to build a Risk Framework that would support Communisis delivery of critical communications to the customers of highly regulated clients. She moved to her current position as Chief Risk Office at the end of 2018 deliver an Enterprise Wide Risk Management framework fit for a wider client base and complex business structure across multiple jurisdictions. She is responsible for Communisis overarching Governance, Risk and Compliance activities leading teams responsible for operational risk and compliance, Information Security business continuity and data protection – as company DPO. 

Michelle has wide ranging experience working alongside IT, operational, manufacturing, risk and business development teams to develop and implement workable and pragmatic solutions.
