Henry Davies

Henry Davies is the Data Protection Officer at Birdie.

Birdie, a certified B-Corp, offers smart homecare technology, supporting over 1,000 care providers across the entire care journey, from care management and quality auditing to rostering, finance, and analytics.

Henry is responsible for developing and maintaining the company’s data protection compliance programme, including advising on privacy by design and by default in Birdie’s products.

Henry holds a Master’s degree in Information Rights Law, alongside his CIPP/E, CIPM, FIP and C-DPO.

He is also an active member of the privacy community, frequently speaking at events and contributing to publications.

He is also a member of the IAPP’s Certification Advisory Board, and a Trustee of a local homelessness charity.
