As Global Relay’s Executive Vice President, Compliance, Chip ensures that Global Relay products, services, and customer service continue to meet and exceed the needs of current and prospective clients.

Prior to joining Global Relay, Chip was the Senior Vice President at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) for over 19 years, where he oversaw the management of the organization’s Member Relations & Education area.

He also previously served as Vice President of Regulatory and Industry Affairs at American Express Financial Advisors.Chip now leverages his regulatory expertise to help drive the strategic growth of Global Relay’s financial services solutions.
