André H. Paris is an ethics and compliance professional with over 15,000 hours of experience in the field. Currently a PhD candidate focusing on AI Governance, his research emphases on the intersection of artificial intelligence systems and ethical frameworks.

As a professor and coordinator in postgraduate courses on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), he is dedicated to educating the next generation of E&C leaders. André is the author of the books “Ethics and Transparency: A Path to Compliance” and “Além da LGPD: Como Implementar e Gerir um Programa de Privacidade de Dados”, which provide deep insights into ethical practices and data privacy management.

André holds multiple international certifications including Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional-International (CCEP-I), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), and Certified Data Protection Officer/Brazil (CDPO/BR).

He has been a speaker at several prestigious global events, such as the SCCE’s Annual Compliance and Ethics Institute, the SCCE’s Annual European Compliance and Ethics Institute, the PrivSec Global, PrivSec Latam and PrivSec Focus, the SCCE’s São Paulo Regional Compliance and Ethics Conference, the Compliance Across Regional conference twice, and the Sustentabilidade Brasil event.
