Bola is a trailblazing thought-leader, public speaker and an award-winning DEI Advocate with expertise in DEI strategy, the future of work, workplace culture transformation, AI ethics & governance. Her career spans over 25 years across the public sector, investment banking, insurance and investment management.

Bola is well-known within the Asset Management industry working with, among others, the Diversity Project in building the pipeline of female mid-senior portfolio managers, with the Investment Association on establishing the Diversity data guide, and as Advisor to the City of London’s Belonging Project.

She runs her consultancy that works with senior leaders in embedding DEI best practices into core business, as well as the adoption of responsible AI through effective governance and ethical considerations.
