David Carlisle

David Carlisle is the Director of Policy and Regulatory Affairs at Elliptic, the global leader in cryptoasset risk management, where he leads engagement with regulators and other external stakeholders. David has over a decade and half of experience in AML/CTF compliance and regulatory matters, having previously worked as a Policy Advisor at the US Department of the Treasury’s Office of Terrorism and Financial Intelligence (TFI) and the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
