Xavier has more than two decades of experience as a consultant and advisor in various areas of Information and Program Management. His education in telecommunications, business administration and cybersecurity has taken him through a maze of data-related disciplines: privacy and data protection as well as information governance, auditing, information security, records and information management, data science, systems development, quality management and corporate compliance. Xavier’s specialties are underpinned by certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPT, FIP, IGP, PMP and PRINCE2. He has worked in virtually all fields, but his experience is most extensive in healthcare, banking & fintech and software development industries.
