Yudha Triarianto Wasono

Yudha graduated with a Masters of International Trade Law from the University of Indonesia. He was a Knowledge and Communication Specialist at the Secretariat of Dewan Nasional Keuangan Inklusif (DNKI) under the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs. He used to work with some organizations such as World Bank and Women’s World Bank. He was involved in making strategies together with the Financial Service Authority (OJK), Bank of Indonesia (central bank), and related Ministries regarding financial inclusion.

Since joining SIP Law Firm, he leads a team who focus on specific Corporate matters, such as Debt Restructuring, Licensing, and Personal Data Protection matters. He has also been involved in several litigation cases related to Bankruptcy & Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations.

Considering his experience in public relations, our Managing Partner gives him additional tasks to deal with media partners.
