Yasmina Vaziri

Yasmina has built her practice upon a broad range of complex and reputationally significant commercial disputes as well as contentious regulatory matters, often with a multi-jurisdictional element. She has advised and represented clients in disputes at all stages of the business life cycle, from emerging companies to established global market leaders, across a range of industry sectors including technology, telecommunications and social media, aviation, shipping, financial services, and consumer goods. Prior to joining Latham, Yasmina completed her doctorate in predictive analytics and big data algorithms, through which she gained deep subject matter expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence. She leverages her unique background in advising on contentious data protection and information law matters.
