Tripti Dhar

Tripti is a partner at Reina Legal LLP and heads the Data Protection & Privacy practice for India and the Middle East. She is an alumnus of NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, India and has a work experience of more than 8 years in Information Technology and Indirect Taxation law. 

She is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and is a DSCI Certified Privacy Professional (DCPP). She also is a certified GDPR DPO as issued by the Information Security Institute by Copenhagen Compliance, Denmark. She is admitted to practice in the Courts of India and has previously advised clients across the sectors of, inter-alia, telecom, healthcare, fintech, media & entertainment. Her previous speaking engagements have been in India and the UAE, while she has conducted workshops for business consultancies, IT, telecom and gaming companies in India. Tripti’s core focus area is evolving data protection in the India and the Middle East.
