Tainá Baylão

Tainá is a Data Protection Specialist with extensive knowledge of GDPR and LGPD. She is also a legal counsel in Brazil and Portugal. Tainá has worked for privacy consultancies, law firms and is currently at a German multinational with their Group Data Protection Office. In the past two years, Tainá acquired three IAPP certifications (CIPP/E, CIPM and CDPO/BR) and the ECPC-B from the University of Maastricht. She possesses an LLM in IP and IT law from the University of Göttingen and is currently doing an LLM in Privacy and Cybersecurity at the University of Maastricht.
