Shantanu Lodh

Shantanu (‘Shan’) Lodh is Director of Data Platforms, Shawbrook Bank. This platform comprises a broad swathe of data specialisations such as DataOps, governance, engineering, analytics, visualisation and Machine Learning. Shan and his team lead the migration and build of data assets onto the public cloud to serve the Bank’s operational, regulatory and digital data requirements. Prior to joining Shawbrook Shan worked in a variety of data and quantitative programming roles across equity derivatives, high-frequency trading and on-line payments industries. He holds a First Class degree in Economics from Cambridge University and an MBA in Finance from London Business School.
