Sanjay leads the web3 division at Roofstock, a proptech leader in the single-family rentals space. Roofstock uses NFTs to provide instantaneous sale and settlement of rental properties on the Ethereum Blockchain. Additionally, Roofstock’s structure also allows DeFi lenders to provide flexible asset-based lending solutions to Roofstock’s web3 homes. 

Sanjay has over 25 years’ experience spanning product, finance, banking and operations. He is also a frequent speaker at web3 conferences on RWA and DeFi related topics and an advisor to Pudgy Penguins. Sanjay has an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
