Michelle Ang

Michelle is Director of Corporate Development and Sustainability at IRES REIT PLC, a residential REIT with c. €1.5bn of real estate assets under management. Michelle is a multi-disciplined professional and currently oversees IRES’ sustainability strategy, planning, developing and defining strategic business growth and restructuring initiatives. Prior to that, she worked at Green REIT plc where she was responsible for a variety of functions over eight years including portfolio management, investor relations, digital strategy, marketing and data & insights. At Savills Ireland, Michelle helped set up the Hotels & Leisure business unit and was part of the investment team. Michelle graduated from Trinity College Dublin with an Executive MBA and also holds a Masters in Real Estate and BSc in Business Studies. Michelle is a qualified Chartered Surveyor.
