Madeleine Stone

Madeleine is a Legal and Policy Officer at Big Brother Watch, specialising in surveillance technology. She has worked with a range of organisations that promote freedom of expression and privacy in the UK and globally, including English PEN, Index on Censorship, and Lawyers Without Borders. She received a master’s degree in Human Rights Law from SOAS, where she specialised in counter-terrorism policy, surveillance, and the right to privacy.
