Laurent Giezendanner

Laurent has worked for Syngenta for nearly 12 years and has numerous responsibilities, including enabling the Legal division to increase its productivity through change management and operational excellence processes, implementing process improvement frameworks for core legal processes, and legal division delivery performance measurement and management.

In addition to his responsibilities as Head of Legal Operations, Laurent is also responsible for safeguarding Syngenta employees and assets by identifying and responding to external and internal security threats and risks to enable Syngenta to deliver its business strategy.
