Jigar Shah

Jigar Shah is the Global Head of Identity and Access Management for R1RCM with close to two decades of deep experience in technology, cyber security, and Identity Access Management. He has direct experience in organic and M&A growth initiatives, with specialization in the successful integration in Identity, Cloud Security, Digital transformation initiatives. Jigar directs and drives the overall vision, strategy and execution of Identity and Cloud Security at R1. Under Jigar’s leadership, he helped transform the identity management experience and grew a small team to a global IAM department. He is passionate about building high performing teams. He believes in creating a collaborative and innovative work environment that is focused on business and customer needs. Jigar is an advisor to his clients in their IAM journey by providing them with a strategic and tactical roadmap. He is an Engineer, MBA from Chicago, and a law graduate from Northwestern Law school.
