Jean-Christophe Chevallier

Jean-Christophe is 41 years old. He is an 18 years’ experience passionate lawyer specialized in Intellectual Property, Information Technology law and Privacy law. After an initial experience of eight years as an attorney with Ydès, Jean-Christophe was then appointed as Head of the Intellectual Property, Information Technology and Economic law of the Europcar Group. After this successful experience, Jean-Christophe re-joined the Digital Economy and Data department of YDES in 2016, as an Of-Counsel and became a partner in 2018. Jean-Christophe is involved in all the legal issues related to the digital economy and in particular, the areas of intellectual property, literary and artistic property rights, I.T. law and networks, e-commerce, technological innovations, contract law, media and advertisement law, protection of privacy and personal data, consumer law, competition and distribution law. Jean-Christophe represents Ydès in the expert international network for personal data protection, PrivacyRules.
