Elspeth Robertson

Dr. Elspeth Robertson is a Senior Consultant in the Control Risks’ Cyber Security team supporting clients across the UK and EMEA through cyber security crises and digital extortion events. Elspeth leads on the response to cyber security incidents and has expertise in coordinating executive and technical teams to reduce harm and impact to clients. She has expertise in assisting organisations engage with government, law enforcement and regulatory bodies, at both the national and local level.

Prior to Control Risks, Elspeth worked at the UK National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) where she responded to some of the most significant incidents affecting the UK and global partners. Elspeth holds a Masters from the University of Oxford and a PhD from the University of Bristol, both in Earth Sciences.
