Ekaterina Silina

Ekaterina has 15 years of experience and a Master’s degree in IT. She has worked as a business analyst in different areas such as taxation, police, bookkeeping and data warehouse.  In the last 5 years, Ekaterina has worked in the IAM area in Swedbank. A key value for Ekaterina is to stop unnecessary manual routines or replace them with automation when needed. The main goal is to make end users happy while keeping them secure. During 2021, she had a key role in the Swedbank IAM team that succeeded in automating the identity lifecycle process for about 25 000 users.
