Dr Ameer Al-Nemrat

Dr. Ameer Al-Nemrat is an esteemed expert in the field of cyber security with over 15 years of experience.

He currently holds the position of Reader in Cyber Security at the School of Architecture, Computing and Engineering, University of East London (UEL).

Dr. Al-Nemrat serves as the Director of Cyber Security and AI Centre at UEL, as well as the Director for the Professional Doctorate in Information Security and the MSc Information Security and Computer Forensics programs.

In addition to his academic roles, Dr. Al-Nemrat is the founder and director of the Chip Forensics Reverse Engineering & The Electronic Evidence Laboratories at UEL.

Through this initiative, he collaborates closely with national and international law and policy-making agencies on various cyber security research projects.

His research in cyber security and digital forensics has made a significant impact on public and industry practices at both national and international levels.
