Chris is a data protection officer and English-qualified practising lawyer, specialising in data protection and financial services. He heads up privacy in Europe and APAC at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. Chris previously acted as a data protection advisor to both AXA Insurance and Deloitte, where he helped to create a new multi-jurisdictional data risk service for assessing privacy, confidentiality and other regulatory obligations around data and technology initiatives. He has a particular interest in implementation of Privacy By Design within complex services organisations.
