Charlotte Lewendon-Jones

Charlotte Lewendon-Jones is the Head of Data and Privacy and Data Protection Officer at Manchester Airport Group.  She has worked in the Data Protection and Privacy field for nearly thirty years working in a number of sectors, including twenty years at the Information Commissioner Office.   She has gained extensive experience in all aspects of privacy program implementation and management, information risk management, ISO27001 and ISO27701.

At MAG she has responsibility for the implementation of a risk-based privacy program for the group and advising on the obligations of GDPR and associated regulation.  She also has responsibility for NIS and PCI compliance.
