Carlo Salizzo

Carlo advises a wide range of clients on all manner of technology issues, with a particular focus on data protection, IP and technology contracts.  His practice reflects the ever-changing landscape of Irish and EU law and guidance and involves advice on advisory, transactional and contentious matters.  Carlo is also experienced in managing the legal response to urgent and critical incidents including personal data breaches and contentious data subject access requests, both in terms of internal responses and managing interactions with regulators. A particular area of expertise is compliance with international transfer obligations and Carlo has worked with both domestic clients and large multinationals in order to develop and implement strategies to meet the evolving requirements in the EU and other jurisdictions.
