Anita Anand

Anita is an experience lawyer with over 10 years experience working on global data privacy laws as well as financial sector confidentiality and outsourcing regulations. Anita was part of the team that designed and developed the aosphere Data Privacy and Bank Confidentiality / Outsourcing products. She has worked with the Allen & Overy global data protection practice on several client project and has experience of a wide range of the practical issues faced by clients in this area .
Prior to joining aosphere, Anita was a senior transactional lawyer in Allen & Overy’s leading corporate tax practice, focussing particularly on multi-jurisdictional projects.
