Andrea is the Privacy Governance Specialist at Moonstone Compliance and Risk’s Privacy Governance Department. She specializes in and advises on commercial, privacy, data protection and corporate employment law. She has working experience in corporate employment and privacy governance matters in all the industry sectors within South Africa. Andrea has advised both International and South African clients, listed enterprises and SMMEs, on executive level on compliance with privacy and data protection laws and regulation applicable to their compliance universe. Through forming strategic and tactical relationships, she gains a comprehensive understanding of her clients’ compliance needs and objectives. This enables her to determine potential risks, identify control measures and make practical recommendations in an innovative and appropriate manner that are tailored for their business.
