Sara Roberts

Sara is the founder and CEO of Healthy Nibbles, as a retail innovation and platform company that believes in making healthy, sustainable food accessible; delivering great food across vending, unmanned retail and corporate gifting to create a better future at work, home and on-the-go. Prior to Healthy Nibbles, Sara founded a brand and innovation consultancy in Sub-Saharan Africa. Sara sits on both the Global Nourishment Advisory Board and Covid-19 Taskforce led by the International WELL Building Institute, is an Ambassador for Women’s Enterprise Scotland, is one of EY’s European Winning Women. She has led Healthy Nibbles through BCorp certification, Queen’s Award for Enterprise for Sustainable Development, Investors in Young People and is a Real Living Wage Employer.
