Expertise in defining and executing board-level digital strategies, building disruptive execution models (labs, ventures, …), implementing and managing strategic partnerships, driving sustainable roll-outs of new digital services from scratch, managing large international digital teams and executing HR transformation programs. I am also a regular speaker to the executive MBA of HEC and I am currently leading a commission for the government digital program around Digital & Sustainability (French tech corporate community).
