I am an experienced operations and transformation leader with board-level experience across multiple businesses. With a background covering both consulting and operations at multiple firms – I have designed, led and delivered strategy, change and technology programmes. I’ve done an MBA, have a diploma in Occupational Psychology, and am a qualified Project Manager. I’ve been involved in creating new services, setting up new businesses, and exiting businesses as well. At Deloitte, I am working with our WorldClimate, Sustainability and ESG teams to help clients fulfil their ESG agendas - keeping their businesses successful for the long term while addressing systemic sustainability challenges. I was a Partner at, and the COO of Kemp Little (KL), leading both Operations (covering Finance, IT, Operations and HR) and the Transformation programme for the Firm and was intimately involved in the sale of KL’s business and assets to Deloitte. At Deloitte, I led the programme to both integrate and extend the combined capabilities of the two businesses. As a natural collaborator, I work best with teams of people equally motivated to identify, design, and deliver on the objectives and vision of an organisation, emphasising making lasting change through innovations that involve people, process, and technology.
