WHO I AM: I love doing compliance! I have dedicated my entire professional career to health care compliance. I enjoy all aspects of developing and overseeing compliance and risk programs, and love that each day is different than the day before. I feel lucky that I found a career that works perfect for my personality since I love order, structure and justice. I am motivated to build best practice compliance and risk programs and to protect my organization from non-compliance, wrong-doing, and reputational harm. WHAT I DO: I apply my extensive experience in developing and implementing comprehensive corporate compliance and risk programs in complex hospital and health systems and health plans to each organization that I work with, and apply my knowledge to assist with the development of efficient and effective organizational operations and developing and overseeing contract, regulatory and corporate compliance. MY PHILOSOPHY: I approach instances of non-compliance in a collaborative manner, working with individuals to understand the root cause of the issue, and determining appropriate next steps based on the circumstances. I approach my job and the people I engage in a friendly way, and hold people accountable for their actions whenever necessary.
