As our Chief Commercial and Technology Officer, I am known as both a conductor and a player. I’m responsible for technology & strategy development along with our team and oversee the execution of that strategy to realize our business goals with a core focus on technology innovation and delighting customers. I am also involved in identifying and completing strategic acquisitions to augment our capabilities and am guided by our target markets and customers on how we can best help our customers win. I am passionate about making a difference for the world and people, ultimately hoping to leave the planet better than I found it. LEADERSHIP FROM SMALL TO LARGE COMPANIES With 25 years of technical experience in the medical device industry which includes Development, Operations, and Project Management functions, I have worked primarily in the Interventional markets, previously as President, Vice President, and General Manager roles where I have led nearly all functional teams and departments. I have also been on the leadership team on several successful M&A transactions on both the buy and sell side. CURIOUS WITH A HOLISTIC VIEW After receiving my degree in engineering, I began my career in an at an international Fortune 500 company where I integrated development and sales from a manufacturing lens and a holistic systems approach. FUN FACTS I… • Grew up on a small family farm where I learned how much of life is symbiotic (the circle of life), • Play nine musical instruments (keyboard and bass guitar are my favorites) • Sing at weddings • Guided successful M&A integrations by assuring that culture is the primary focus in the process.
