Maurice Asielue is a certified information privacy professional with over 17 years of information rights experience derived from the UK Information Commissioner’s Office, Ocado PLC, central government and local government sectors. In the ICO, Maurice produced several important information rights decisions, such as: Sugar vs. BBC and Information Commissioner, arguably one of the most judicially examined information law decisions in the UK. He is currently the Group Data Protection Officer for the ZEPZ Group, which consists of two leading international money transfer companies, namely WorldRemit and Sendwave. ZEPZ has over 6 million customers across 130 countries globally.
