Co-Founder/Serial Social Entrepreneur, Ani-Group
Sara Flay is a serial social entrepreneur who has found herself placed at the fore of inclusion and accessibility work in recent years. Sara entered the world of entrepreneurship due to the diagnosis of a degenerative muscle wasting disease at 21, which meant by 23 she could not hold down her employment with the NHS and was medically retired. Self employment seemed to be the natural balance between having a job and managing her newly diagnosed condition. Almost 20 years on and she now has developed a portfolio of companies, worked with over 1000 start-up companies and is now contracted by FTSE companies to develop their workplace culture and social impact practices.
