Irada Aghamaliyeva

Irada is leading inclusion, diversity and equity agenda including gender diversity, cultural agility, inclusive leadership and belonging across 27 countries in EMEA, APAC, LATAM and US. She is currently Global Senior DEI Business Partner at Amazon, prior to that, she spent 6 years leading DEI at EY MENA, 7 years in telecoms in Eurasia and 4 years in large scale multi-sports events such as the London Olympics and European Games. 

Over the course of her career she is passionate about unveiling the human side of business, increasing a sense of belonging, work-life flexibility, well-being, reducing bias, giving voice to underrepresented groups/minorities and developing future focused approaches to give everyone a fair chance at progression in their career. 

Irada holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical technology engineering from State Oil academy and Master’s degree in Human Resource Management in Middlesex University UK. She’s a certified MBTI(Myers Briggs Type indicator) coach, intercultural intelligence certified practitioner, accredited TRACOM social style and mindfulness trainer. She is also fluent in 4 languages.
