Ellie Besley-Gould

Ellie set up The Greenish to support individuals and businesses to become greener - providing impactful and achievable ways to make sustainability a central part to brands, products, services and business planning. Alongside business support The Greenish has produced events focussed on sharing knowledge and great practice on sustainable food systems and low impact fashion as well as running TEDxKingsCross in 2021. Before setting up The Greenish, Ellie ran climate NGOs for over a decade where she developed a passion for scalable, practical solutions which work for real people living real lives. Ellie also works in-house at restaurant group, Hawksmoor, where she leads on purpose-driven work, and is the chair of the board at Foundation for Change - a charity supporting people with a history of substance use.
