Elle Worthington

 Elle is the Risk & Compliance Director at Landbay and was the winner of the Chief Risk Officer of the Year award at 2023’s Women in GRC Awards . She has worked in both the traditional banking arena with firms including HSBC and TSB in global and regional roles and more recently in the FinTech challenger space in Risk & Compliance roles with ClearBank and Revolut. Having held leadership roles in both business risk and controls functions, alongside building and leading compliance functions, Elle has developed a passion for instilling conduct and good risk and compliance cultures at the heart of her approach and how we can better use data to make decisions, manage risk and drive scale in a hypergrowth FinTech environment.
