Emma Hodges

Emma is a Partner in FRA’s London office with over 20 years of professional experience.  She has specialised in compliance reviews and remediation, working with companies either under or post investigation as well as having led teams conducting investigations and pro-active compliance reviews concerning money laundering, bribery, and corruption related risks and allegations. 

Combining her many years of global leadership, project management and compliance experience, since 2022 Emma has been leading the development, implementation, and operation of FRA’s sustainability programme. Emma is also a member of FRA’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Steering Committee and of the UK Women in Sustainability Network (WINS).  

Emma was a senior member of FRA’s winning team at this year’s Women in Governance, Risk and Compliance Awards which saw FRA win Team of the Year for their important work in the DOJ-appointed monitorship of IAV GmbH, which successfully concluded in June 2022.
