Tech Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Advocate of the Year

The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Advocate of the Year Award winner will be an individual in a tech / IT role, or at a technology company, who shows solidarity and understanding for their counterparts and beyond. They will be working tirelessly to raise awareness around DEI in the workplace, and stand beside their colleagues as their equals by being an active participant - and encouraging others to engage - in the conversation around DEI in the workplace and be working to challenge the ‘norm’.
